Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@gnawscandy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved through one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Flavor or texture preferences
  • Products that have been opened or consumed
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Shipping delays outside of our control
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward
