Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We currently ship to residential customers within the United States. International shipping may be available for approved wholesale accounts.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While GNAWS Candy LLC is happy to assist customers with filing carrier claims when appropriate, we cannot guarantee carrier decisions and are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
